1. Accepting these terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these terms as binding. If you disagree with them, you should refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

Our resort and this website are designed for adult visitors who are 18 years or older. When you confirm your age on the entry page, you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo ID may be requested at check-in.

3. Bookings and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and, where relevant, include statutory VAT; municipal tax and tips may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full is collected upon departure.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.

5. Guest behaviour

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, causes damage, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on the premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Rubybeachshores or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

10. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
